Café Aubergine, located in the courtyard at Marketplace, caters to everyone with an appreciation for delicious food.

Specialising in French/Italian provenéale cuisine, the restaurant provides high-end dining in an environment that's reminiscent of many European restaurants.

Experience dining in one of two indoor rooms, outside on the veranda or enjoy your dinner while sitting under the stars. Whichever you choose, you are sure to not only enjoy the atmosphere, but leave having had a memorable experience.

Taste the world

The restaurant offers food from the provinces in Italy, Spain, Germany and other European countries, along with Mediterranean and Caribbean cuisine.

The ambience is magnificent with antique furniture, paintings and soothing colours on the walls, along with contemporary French background music.

The Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week provides the perfect opportunity for diners to try new foods and Café Aubergine provides an excellent array of dishes that are sure to stimulate your palate.

"The whole idea is to cook what we love to eat and share it with others," said restaurant co-owner Neville Anderson about the inspiration behind the restaurant for him and business partner.

Café Aubergine has been located at the marketplace for three years, but has been operating in Ocho Rios for over 10 years.

For Restaurant Week, persons will be exposed to mouth-watering culinary delights.
