KC host Manley in Manning feature

Former champions Kingston College (KC) and Norman Manley will meet in today's Group B feature game of the ISSA/Pepsi/ Digicel Schoolboy Manning Cup competition at North Street, starting at 3 p.m.

Norman Manley, who last captured the title in 2002, lead the group with 10 points, one point ahead St Jago (nine) and KC (six), who both have a game in hand. They are followed by Ardenne (four) and Innswood and Haile Selassie on (three) each.

The Miguel Coley-coached Norman Manley, who defeated Innswood 1-0 in their last game on Tuesday, will be depending heavily on the likes of strikers Lamar Thompson and Nico Reynolds, along with midfielder Odell Palmer.

KC, who hammered Haile Selassie 4-1 in their previous game on Tuesday, will look for good performances from forward Prince Samuels and midfielders Rashane Garcia and Shane Hardie.

In the group's other games, Innswood face José Marti while St Jago host Ardenne.

In Group C, the games scheduled are Calabar vs Cumberland, Spanish Town vs Excelsior and Tarrant vs Campion College.

Group F: Kingston Technical vs Charlie Smith and Ascot vs Eltham.
