Rightly put

The Editor, Sir:
Martin Henry's article in Monday's Gleaner, Procurement paralysis, is rightly put. He should be commended for being so forthright in his comments at a time when every one is afraid to vent their thoughts. We need more people at home and abroad to talk about the evil that plagues the little island of ours.
