Realtors killing business

The Editor, Sir:

I MUST say I totally agree with the writer who spoke about doing business with Jamaica. I have tried to do business from the United States and I experience the same thing the gentleman is talking about - the runaround. Nobody knows where to direct you. And their attitude is as if they do not want your business.

Laid-back service

I am interested in purchasing a home in Jamaica and the realtors take your number and email address to send you information and that is where it ends. I came down to Jamaica to look at houses and the realtor had one home to show me, although he was given ample notice of my visit.

The business owners need to check on their employees and their customer-service skills. They need to ban the term "mi nu know".

I am, etc.,
