Prendy's is synonymous with Hellshire Beach in St Catherine and has been treating the palates of seafood lovers for five years now. Last year, the 'beach' experience moved to the city.

"We cater to seafood lovers," says Donnette Prendergast, managing director of Prendy's.

"The seafood here is done just the way you like it," she says, "sealing the natural flavours, just enough spice added to give the mouth-watering taste."

The signature dish of the restaurant is the pumpkin steamed fish and garlic butter lobster.

From the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week, Prendergast hopes to have an increased clientele and also looks forward "to get persons treating themselves to great seafood".
