My empress
Rastafarian Mocay Anthony Green vowed to be with his empress, Nicole Worges, forever, on April 4, 2009. He vowed: "I Emperor Mocay Anthony Green do take Nicole Ieshia Worges to be I empress."
The groom, a chef, and his bride, an assistant manager, exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony on Canberra Crescent in Mona.
Born together
They vowed that they were born together and shall be for evermore.
They were told: Love one another but make not a bond of love, but a moving sea between the shores of your souls. Sing and dance together and be joyous, but let each of you be alone, even as the strings of a guitar are alone though they quiver with the same music. Build together and let your love be a temple of goodness.
They drank from separate glasses before one was smashed by the goom.
In real African tradition, they jumped the broom and promised to live happily ever after. The ceremony was officiated by civil registrar Silvera Castro.
