Dear Counsellor: I am a bit confused. I have been in a relationship for the past six months and I really like the girl. However, something happened recently that jolted me. I went to her home unexpectedly and I was surprised to hear her on the top of her voice cursing the neighbour. She was quite surprised to see me as she was not expecting me.

Doc, could you give me a good advice about the clitoris? I am a guy of 24, and so far I have had five girlfriends. To begin with, I thought I was great in bed. But now I have realised that very often these ladies were NOT too satisfied with my efforts! In fact, three of them 'ditched' me, saying that I was thinking too much of my own pleasure.
