LETTER OF THE DAY - In support of school zoning
The Editor, Sir: I notice with much satisfaction, the comments of your guests on your editors' educational forum on the matter of zoning of schools.

No tolerance for homosexuals

The Editor, Sir: This is in response to Ryan Smith's letter dated April 27, and his comments about the public defender's statements about gays and lesbians. I think what Ryan should understand is that Jamaica is a homophobic nation.

Webley outburst sparks outrage

The Editor, Sir: According to the Oxford Dictionary, a Jezebel is a shameless, immoral woman. Beyond that, biblical history tells us that Jezebel, the queen of ancient Israel, was a murderess, a controlling tyrant, who ultimately met her death at the hands of servants who threw her out in the street to be consumed by dogs.

Toll road ill-conceived from the outset

The Editor, Sir: Once again, the taxpayers of Jamaica are being asked to pay for errors of judgement by our sitting government.
