Congrats, Councillor Rupert Kelly
THE EDITOR, Sir: ON BEHALF of a few independent land owners in Clifton Hill and Shirley Castle, Portland, I would like to extend hearty congratulations to Mr. Rupert Kelly, the JLP Councillor for the Hope Bay division.

Leter of the day - 'One Love: The Healing of the Nation'
THE EDITOR, Sir: I WAS amazed to see that Kingston was listed in the Daily Telegraph article as one of ten cities about which tourists should beware.

To the children of Jamaica: 'well done'
THE EDITOR, Sir: CONGRATULATIONS TO all of the students who sat the Grade Six Achievement Test (GSAT). It is wonderful to see so many students being awarded with scholarships from both the Government and private sector companies.

Changes to our mailing system
THE EDITOR, Sir: LAST WEEK I received a Registered Notice from the Post Office regarding a parcel. Wondering what this could be I went to collect it. After having signed the form I was presented with a Customs Form for my signature.

'Big up', Radio 2 F.M.
THE EDITOR, Sir: I WOULD like to take the opportunity to "big up" Radio 2 F.M. (RJR) and in particular Mr. Roy Brown for the wonderful music he gave us on Sunday. It was the sweetest thing since "old time corn pone".
