Four players from Jamaica's Under-20 men’s team from the recent CONCACAF Under-20 Championships have been included in a national Under-23 member training squad by the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF).
Shaquille Dyer, Rennico Clarke, Junior Flemmings and Cardel Benbow were all invited by the JFF coaching staff, to the training session, which began yesterday.
The sessions are being held at the JFF Centre at the University of the West Indies.
The JFF say the four were invited as part of their preparation for the Olympic qualifiers to be held in July.
It is anticipated that the Under-23s, who will be involved in the Olympic qualifiers, could be under consideration for the FIFA World Cup qualifiers in 2016 and 2017.
