Hotel Four Seasons: An experience steeped in tradition

Hotel Four Seasons offers a blend of continental, European and Jamaican flavours, in a tradition that spans over half of a century.

"We have a vision of an uncompromising hospitality exuding a fascinating combination that would surpass the expectation of our patrons," says Martin Smith, general manager.

Smith attributes the success and the continued support of the patrons to his team. "The spirited team that whole-heartedly embraced the cause and built a tradition of excellence that has won the hearts and loyalty of those who have enjoyed our food and service since 1960 when were the famous Tip Top restaurant," he says.

"Some say it's our exquisite culinary delights, others say it's the ambience of that makes time seem to slip by," the general manager says.

The restaurant has a dress code of casually elegant and caters to business and leisure clientele.

Patrons can look forward to appreciate fine food and the hotel is expecting more visibility for their cuisine and the property.
