The epitome of a fine dining experience begins at Marguerite's Seafood by the Sea restaurant in Montego Bay where dining out is transformed into a memorable occasion.

With a seating capacity of 200, food lovers will have an opportunity to treat themselves to exquisite appetisers, entrées and desserts during the highly anticipated Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week. From the opening hours of 6 p.m.-10:30 p.m., persons can expect indulge their taste buds in a char-grilled Long Cay calamari appetiser married with a either a snapper run down, black and white tuna or a Treasure Cay seafood penne entree.

The challenge

However, the decision to consider the cheesecake trilogy or the croissant pudding with almond for dessert can prove to be a challenge. Both offer a uniquely delicious sweet treat that is second to none. The croissant pudding with almond is the restaurant's signature version of a bread pudding infused with Baileys Irish Cream and flamed with a Tia Maria spike anglaise. The cheesecake trilogy, features three different types of cheesecakes; the key lime which has a tangy sour cream quenelle, lychée infused with caramel and the marshmallow and Scotch bonnet cheesecake with island Scotch bonnet paired with marshmallow.

Marguerite's Seafood by the Sea restaurant offers variety in the choice of wine and food pairing with their 60-bottle wine list. Dining is never a dull affair with this restaurant that commands a beautiful view of the sea that illuminates during each sunset. For a vibrant but elegant dining experience, patrons can also experience meal preparation right before their eyes from their flamb station.
