Robert and Sharline Smith on their wedding day, August 2. - Contributed photos

On August 2, at 11 a.m., 110 family and close friends gathered at the Kencot SDA Church to witness the joining of Robert Smith and Sharline Davis in marriage.

With a bouquet of white Casablanca and yellow roses, the bride, dressed in a gown from David's Bridal, entered the church, beautifully decorated by Elaine Thomas.

The groom was smartly attired in a black suit, white shirt and silver vest and tie from Beautiful Brides and Mr Tux. The couple walked down the aisle together to You for Me sung by Alrick Gray.

Yellow and blue affair

Bridesmaids Kaydian Gordon and Andrea Braithwaite wore canary yellow dresses with royal blue bands, while Kerisha Thomas and Latoya White wore royal blue dresses with canary yellow bands. They carried hand-tied bouquets of royal blue roses. The groomsmen, Rodnel Ellis, Shawn Smith, Orande Thomas and Dwayne Sinclair, complemented the bridesmaids.

The officiating minister was Pastor Devon Osbourne.

The reception followed at Cecille's Bridal, where guests signed a portrait of the bride and groom before they were seated.

The cake was created by Isolyn Brown and the couple spent their honeymoon at Negril Escape.
