Jamaicans urged to make Fresh Start

Despite the programme's empty coffers, the Reverend Al Miller, director of NTP, said, "These are exciting days for our nation."
Miller was adamant that financial constraints would not prevent the campaign, which was launched on July 29 at King's House, from going forth. He noted that government and non-government agencies would provide most of the social and economic resources.
He also urged volunteers to come on board.
Miller said that Jamaica needs a fresh start in all areas of the society that will stem the current negative developments and generate a sense of hope for all Jamaicans.
"First-class citizens must live in first-class communities," he told the gathering at the press conference held at the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica headquarters in Kingston Monday.
