Triple Olympic gold medallist Usain Bolt was in spectacular form at the Supreme Ventures/JAAA National Senior Championships last weekend.
Bolt, who was the only double winner among the sprints at the three-day championships, won the 100m in a world-leading 9.86, ahead of former world-record holder Asafa Powell (9.97) and Michael Frater (10.02).
A day later, the Glen Mills-coached Bolt captured the 200m in an easy 20.25, in front of Steve Mullings' 20.40.
Bolt holds both the men's 100m and 200m world records of 9.69 and 19.30, respectively. He is also the International Association of Athletics Federation's athlete of the year for 2008 after his extraordinary performances at the Beijing Olympics.
