TRINIDAD & TOBAGO - Appeal Court rules Attorney-General can't control DPP
PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (CMC): The Appeal Court in Trinidad and Tobago has said the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) is under no obligation to obey any instruction or direction from the Attorney General.

ST LUCIA: Compton names new Cabinet

CASTRIES, St Lucia (CMC): Prime Minister Sir John Compton has named a 12-member Cabinet that was sworn into office on Tuesday promising to deal effectively with the socio-economic problems confronting St. Lucia.
