Iran faces problems financing oil projects

TEHRAN, Iran (Reuters): Iran, OPEC's second largest producer, is having difficulties financing projects in its oil sector due to the reluctance of foreign lenders, Oil Minister Kazem Vaziri-Hamaneh was quoted as saying on Wednesday.
