Bad attitude strikes again

THE EDITOR, Sir:

COSTA RICA has joined the string of countries that have implemented visa requirements in order to keep out Jamaicans and their illegal and indisciplined actions. In the words of my grandmother, "Unno nuh shame?" Little Cayman Islands, so close to us, have to do it. But what did we expect. "If you cyaa dance a yaad, how we a go dance abroad?"

Change needed

We have made a mess of law and order in our little island and no one can "chat to us", and this is the very same attitude that we take to other people's country. Do we really think they will allow us to make their murder rate higher?

We have to take stock of ourselves. We cannot go on like this, trying to spread our bad-man attitude and 'nobadi cyaa chat to mi' behaviour, and think that other people will accept it!

Anywhere you go and are proud to be Jamaican, there is so much negative in the news that we have to honestly feel ashamed. Where will they block us out of next? Hell?

I am, etc.,
