Jarrett, who is best known for her long jump ability, is also considered to be a fairly good relay runner. She earned All-American honours as part of Auburn's fourth-place 4x100m relay team at the NCAA Championships, on a team that clocked the second-best time in the school's history (43.58) in 2005. She also competed in the long jump at the NCAA Championships, placed third in the long jump at the SEC Championships with a personal-best mark of 6.48m (21-3.25).
