The Editor, Sir: Here's one citizen's input for addressing the weapons-in-school issues, without building alternative schools, which we cannot afford at this time. This approach will get the wider community involved.

The Editor, Sir: I wish to support the points made in a published letter, by Mr Roy Notice, in your paper dated November 28. We do need to have these kinds of discussions regarding public policy making and the responsibilities of leaders.
After the vote, what next?
The Editor, Sir: Now that the Lower House, by conscience vote, has chosen to retain the death penalty, could that same House now tell us how it plans to catch the criminals to have them executed?
Hanging is justified
The Editor, Sir: Hanging is definitely justifiable now, more than ever, in this country. Anyone who can kill or behead children, as is a sudden custom of these child predators in this society, deserves death.
Noteworthy - Time for action
The time for action is now. No longer can we, as a nation, sit idly by and allow degenerates, who are perpetrators of crime and violence, to think that they are winning the war.
