NOTE-WORTHY: Treat them harshly
Any Jamaican who is deported to Jamaica after serving time here in the U.S., or any other country, for felony murder, rape, etc., should be incarcerated for another period of time. Jurisdiction irrelevant - you have to take control of this beautiful country...
