Artist Gloria Escoffery is dead

Veteran Jamaican artist Gloria Escoffery, O.D., is dead. She died at her home in Brown's Town, St. Ann, on April 24 after ailing for some time. She was 79 years old.

Reading Club speaks on 'Satisfy My Soul'

The Sunday Gleaner Reading Club met at The Gleaner Company, North Street in Kingston on April 24 to review this month's book written by Jamaican author Colin Channer's and titled: Satisfy My Soul.
