The Editor, Sir:Unfortunately, not all Jamaicans vote on issues and the majority who plan to vote may have already made their choice. It is sad to know that a greater percentage of the electorate are uneducated; therefore, they will overlook some of the issues as it relates...

Religion, politics not a good mix

The Editor, Sir: I am very disturbed at how our so-called lover of the poor (Portia Simpson Miller) has brought religion into our politics. One can assume that the only reason for doing so is that she believes this can work on the minds and hearts of the Jamaican electorate.
