A Broad Trough across the central Caribbean, including Jamaica.

The Trough across the region is being induced by Hurricane Humberto in the north Atlantic Ocean, and this Trough is expected to drift west of Jamaica by tomorrow. On Saturday, an area of Low Pressure is expected to move into the vicinity of the island, which will interact with another Trough induced by Tropical Storm Jerry to produce more unstable weather throughout the weekend.

An area of Low Pressure south of Hispaniola has a low chance of developing into a Tropical Cyclone over the next 5 days, and is expected to influence weather conditions across Jamaica this weekend.

Category 3 Hurricane Humberto across the north Atlantic Ocean continues to move away from Bermuda.

Tropical Storm Jerry is expected to become a hurricane soon as it nears the northeastern Caribbean.
