A broad trough remains across Jamaica and the central Caribbean. A tropical wave is east of Jamaica, near Hispaniola, and moves into the Jamaica area late tomorrow. The broad trough continues to present unstable weather conditions over the central and western Caribbean.
Induced by Hurricane Humberto, this trough is likely to remain over the area until Humberto moves further eastward on the weekend. The Tropical Wave is also expected to bring unstable weather and very deep convection this weekend.
