There will be a total of 16 concerts in the series. Each will be headlined by a top reggae act. Artistes already confirmed for the series include Freddie McGregor, Sanchez, Chaka Demus and Pliers, Marcia Griffiths, Richie Spice, Luciano, Tarrus Riley, Etana, Queen Ifrica, Alborosie and Jah Cure. The shows will be opened by talented upcoming acts mainly from Negril.

The promoters of the One Love Reggae series said they intend to use the event to enhance the local tourism product in the area of Negril, formerly known as Westend, which has been renamed One Love Drive. The renaming of the area is a part of a rebranding initiative which is being spearheaded by the Negril Cluster.
