WHAT THEY WORE

Ambassador of Senegal Dr Nafissatou Diagne always makes a fashion statement when she is out in her traditional attire. At the recent Spanish National Day reception, she wore this brown, beige and orange ensemble that features a skirt and blouse with intricate saddle stitching design. The matching headwrap and handbag completed the gorgeous outfit. - Colin Hamilton/freelance photographer
