After a month-long search for readers who could capture our imaginations with their egg recipes, we have found five contestants who will move on to participate in a cook-off to see who has the best egg recipe.
They are:
1. Avadawn Reid: Scrambled eggs with susumber and salt fish.
2. Cameo Simmonds- Eggy calaloo and salt fish fritatta.
3. Kamille McNeish - Jerk egg on biscuit.
4. Andre Grant: Jamaican sweet potato and ham egg bake.
5. Chandan Vasnani: Jamaican egg fritters with string beans and macaroni
