Miss Jamaica World 2009 Kerrie Baylis

Miss Jamaica Worlds usually get stylish wardrobes to be worn on the international stage and in the spotlight that comes with the Miss World pageant.

Current title holder, Kerrie Baylis, was given an early Christmas, as she calls it, when she paraded her wardrobe on Tuesday at the Spartan Health Club in St Andrew for a media viewing. She showed off designs she will wear while representing the country and these were warmly received by the audience. Miss Jamaica World 2009 finalist, Anya Mollison, assisted with the show and that sped the process along.

With her wardrobe intact, Baylis is now ready for her trip to London on October 28, where she will stay for a week before flying to Johannesburg, South Africa, for the coronation on December 12.

Here are some of the outfits in the collection that was provided by some 18 local designers and fashion houses.
