Tourists raft down the Rio Grande in Portland. - File

The following are feeback letters to our very popular feature Roving with Lalah. The stories are written by Robert Lalah and appear every Tuesday. Be sure to look out for it next week to see for yourself what all the excitement is about.

Dear Robert:

Honestly, I almost wet myself, this is hilarious! I went rafting on the Rio Grande last year and was told the same fairy tale by our lovely captain. They all tell stories.

Tell them to leave Milton alone!

- T.R., Canada

Dear Robert:

I definitely believe Milton. There is a river Mama!

- D.D.

Dear Robert:

One or your best, both for the story and the fine patois rendering.

Always enjoyable.

- E.B., Salt Lake City

Dear Robert:

Hello, I'm writing from Canada. I have being reading your column just about every week and I must let you know that it is most entertaining. For me, it brings back my 'Jamaica feeling' all over again. Keep up the good work.

- Blossom

Dear Robert:

LOL! You helped make my day! Man, you outdid yourself this time. Soup Bone is forever etched in my memory. Your wit and humour are surpassed by no other. This was hilarious! Keep up the good work!

- J. L.

Dear Robert:

Loved your article today. It's so funny! Great start to a stressful day. I still can't stop laughing!
