A Shake for health

A glass of Vi-Shape for breakfast and another for dinner, with your regular lunch, plus regular exercise, will lead to the desired weight loss.
From the number of responses to Flair's article on weight loss this Monday, many people (male and female) are eager to shed the pounds. The three persons interviewed for the Flair article said they would not call the ViSalus programme a diet, but rather a weight-management programme. This is because when combined with exercise and discipline to maintain it, the shakes helped them to keep the weight off.
According to entertainer Jerry D, who has been on the programme for over two months, with the recommended snacks and one major meal for the day, this programme is more comfortable to manage than many of the extreme diets he has tried in the past. Plus, he lost 19 pounds. It is so comfortable, he is far ahead with plans to expand his enthusiasm to others through a major effort that will involve scores of persons getting together to work out and learn about healthy eating habits.
And, very soon ViSalus healthy meal-replacement shakes will be given free of cost to school-age children in the form of a breakfast programme in 53 communities in the Corporate Area.
To help things along today, we have provided further details of exactly how this programme works.
The tag line says, "A shake a day melts pounds away." From the diagram shown, it is recommended to also take appetite suppressants along with the shakes, but a shake for breakfast then a mid-morning snack of fruit or a salad followed by a regular healthy lunch and an afternoon snack, then another shake to end the day, are all you need to shed the pounds steadily. Some persons prefer to have their two shakes by lunch time, followed by dinner at the end of the day. Whatever your preference, do not forget to exercise!
Making the shake
The entire process does not take five minutes and it it ideal for busy people. Using a glass of your preferred type of milk or fruit juice, add two scoops of Vi-Shape mix, add a half of a banana or apple or any other fruit of your choice and blend thoroughly.
