The Japanese Ambassador to Jamaica, Masahino Obata, and his wife, Hiroko, are at the end of their tour of duty and on July 31, they said farewell to those with whom they had established diplomatic and other ties over the years. Here are pictorial highlights of the event that took place at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel in New Kingston.
