With aid of the sun, cool, calming breeze and a backdrop of white-sand beach, the Digicel media 'sparty' was worth the wait.

The venue was held at Fort Clarence Beach in Hellshire, St Catherine, on April 25. The beach was transformed into an open-air spa, adorned with bamboo tents covered with sheer, white fabric. Patrons were pampered with a choice of facial, massage or make-over. The shore was dotted with torches that were be lit when the sun kissed the sea at nightfall.

The Digicel family paraded in all-white outfits; women in long, flowing skirts and tankinis while the men sported buttoned-front shirts and shorts. The team greeted guests welcoming them to a day of relaxation and entertainment.

Patrons were also treated to lots of booze, good food and great music provided by ZJ Ice and Colin Hinds. The day was very windy and those who did not venture into the water were smooched by the sand, sand everywhere.

As the day progressed, there was a dance-off contest for which two guests won a BlackBerry flip. Etana and the energy god, Elephant Man, gave good performances

After all the formalities, it was time to boogie and those who were still not tired, made use of the floor.
