Improperly dressed students
Published: Thursday | February 26, 2009
Based on observation, it has now become a custom to see a number of high-school female students brandishing earrings of all sorts while they are dressed in their school uniforms. The male students, on the other hand, tend to wear their shirt out of their pants, and have a number of emblems affixed to either their ties or their shirts. Such behaviour has become so common that I have seen even parents walking with their child or children while they are dressed in such a manner.
If such behaviour by students is allowed to continue, sooner or later it will become a part of the culture, which will lead to other problems within the school system. Many teachers will find it difficult for students to adhere to instructions with regard to their attire in school.
I am, etc.
