If you get too busy with preparations to actually sit down and have a healthy meal, try V8 Fusion vegetable and fruit juices. Distributors CariMed Limited have picked a winner. Food put the juice to the taste test on Tuesday.

One eight-ounce serving has the same amount of calcium as an eight-ounce glass of milk. You get two for one with a full serving of fruit and a full serving of vegetables. It includes antioxidants and there is no sugar, so your body will thank you for it.

It is available in pomegranate blueberry, strawberry banana, tropical orange and peach mango.

COMMENTS

The drink tastes very good and can be recommended.

V8 Fusion tastes good.

When chilled, the drink is very refreshing.

I think the juice is a good product for the market. It is ideal for persons like me who don't like a lot of sugar.

The 'fruity' taste is overwhelming, cannot taste the veggies ... a touch of spice will add some zing to this flavour.

I would not say I love it, but it is all right. I like the fact that I don't taste the vegetables much in it. And I think it would taste really good with some crushed ice.

It has a very nice natural fruity taste which I like very much.

It actually has no taste; it's fresh and you wouldn't know any vegetable was in it.

While I know it's healthy, it seems a little bland to me. Not feeling the flavour.

Fresh taste, almost flat. It should have a little spunk, something to cry out at you. It doesn't taste like regular juice.

It is a good substitute for the real thing.

Although the drink is refreshing and tastes good, I would not buy it because nothing beats eating fresh fruits and vegetables andI actually do eat all the ingredientsthis has.
