It is very important that capital punishment be put in place. Something has to be done fast and no one should ever stop to think about counselling these perverts. They have no heart and only when they get caught that they remember that they have a mother or they pretend to be sorry (if they get caught that is).

It is time for the government to take control and run the country the right way. Hang the wretches, get rid of them without a question and have the police department well equipped and out on the roads patrolling regularly. That is their job, to take care of the citizens and visitors. Those vagabonds need to be punished harshly.
