The Gleaner extends a warm Jamaican welcome to popular American Judge Joe Brown. A welcome reception was held for Brown and wife Deborah at the Seymour Avenue residence of businessman Paul Issa on Monday night. And that same night, at the Hilton Kingston hotel in St Andrew, the American Chamber of Commerce of Jamaica (AMCHAM) held its inaugural Business Leader and Civic Leadership awards and fund-raising gala.
