Christmas cake contest
published: Thursday | November 20, 2008

If you make the best Christmas cake in Jamaica and your family and friends just keep coming back for more, share that taste with Food readers now. Our expert panel of judges will return with the verdict in our J. Wray & Nephew Red Label Christmas Cake Contest.

How it works

Keep those entries coming to us before December 10. Include your name and contact numbers and if selected, you will be asked to bring your cake to The Gleaner for judging on December 17. Each finalist will get one quart of Red Label Wine, the only brand to use in the cake. You will also get a dozen eggs from the National Egg Farmers Association.

The top three winners will take home cash and other prizes and gift baskets.

Send entries to:

Red Label Christmas cake contest,

The Gleaner,

7 North Street,

Kingston or email: Lifestyle@gleanerjm.com.
