Manners
Sexy: Saying hello, good morning and good evening.
Creepy: Passing people as if they don't exist. Hey, you are the new person, being nice won't hurt.
Neighbourhood watch
Sexy: Getting to know your neighbour. By doing this you are getting an idea of the persons living in the neighbourhood.
Creepy: isolating yourself from everyone, you'll never know when you'll need help. Whether it is for security reasons or a helping hand when moving, a neighbour's help will always be needed.
Being friendly
Sexy: Making friends with people in the community other than your neighbour. You could go play a game or two at the neighbourhood centre.
Creepy: Getting too friendly, like constantly showing up at someone's house uninvited. It's unattractive to see someone act desperate and socially out of tune.
Fresh meat
Sexy: Letting the males respect you. There is nothing to a man like 'fresh meat', if you are the new woman in the community, all eyes will be on you. Carry yourself in a respectful manner, learn how to get your point across without being rude.
Creepy: Being too easy, it's quite a simple concept, you can't know somebody for a day and go to bed with that individual. All I have to say is the person will take but won't stay.
Acceptance
Sexy: Staying true to yourself. Letting your neighbour accept you for who you are.
Creepy: Changing your way of life to please those in your neighbourhood.
