Ismay Haye with her delicious banana bread

Ismay Haye has been cooking and baking for a very long time. Her specialities include French, Italian and Jamaican cuisine. She is now employed to Sunset Heal Mountain Retreat and Healing Centre in Petersfield, Westmoreland, where she makes delicious banana bread that is sold to some banks and other businesses in Negril and surrounding areas.

Each loaf of banana bread sells for $300 and proceeds go to the children at Roaring River Basic School. Next time you need banana bread, whynot contact themat 578-5810?
