The Editor, Sir:Further to my letter published in your newspaper (April 30) regarding the problems with my Cable & Wireless service, I am happy to say that all of my lines and Internet are now fully functioning.
Cable & Wireless' response was prompt and very efficient. I have had quite a bit of communication with various executives of Cable & Wireless and am once again reminded of their commitment to service and their customers.
Prompt attention
Every now and then, the systems in place to deal with problems as I was having developed cracks and whereas, I'm sure, Cable & Wireless would prefer not to be alerted via the media, they are happy to know the problem is there so they may promptly address it accordingly, which they have.
So, I extend my thanks to both the Gleaner Company for its assistance, as well as Cable & Wireless and its staff for their never-ending patience and courtesy.
