Doctor's advice - Bareback blues
Hi, doc! I am a 22-year-old woman and I have been seeing this guy for the past four months now. Within that time, we have had a lot of unprotected sex, which I know is not a smart thing to be doing these days. But, lately, I have found out that my secretions have changed.

Dear Counsellor: Six months ago, my daughter gave birth to her first child. Since then, she has become withdrawn and quiet and is not taking good care of the baby. I have to be looking after the baby. She says she is depressed and lately she has been talking to herself.
