Carib Beer carries the swing in Montego Bay
published: Sunday | November 11, 2007

From left: John Armstrong, Couples Negril manager, Karen Lannigan, Advanced Farms manager Ian Fulton, and manager of Souvenir Solutions, Patricia Fulton all came out to party at the Carib Beer launch last Friday.

The Beer of the Caribbean made its debut in Montego Bay last week, and what a splash it turned out to be!

Made in Trinidad, Carib Beer is distributed by Caribbean Producers Jamaica Limited, which hosted a launch party at Montego Bay hot spot, The Groovy Grouper.

With fabulous decor, Carib Beer on the house all night and excellent selections from DJ Crazy Neil, it is no wonder the beach was filled to capacity with gorgeous ladies and handsome men, who, we might add, all fit comfortably in the "mmm mmm ... good" eye-candy category.

melodic voice

Patrons were in for a surprise when the Enchanting Etana graced the event and gave the crowd a taste of her melodic voice.

The Groovy Grouper has the ability to produce 'dancing feet' in just about anybody, and last Friday the norm prevailed as people got on the dance floor and boogied 'til the wee hours of the morning.

If last night's great party were a mirror of what lies in store for Carib Beer, then we can all drink to a great future!

In attendance were Minister without Portfolio in the office of the Prime Minister, James Robertson; PSOJ President, Christopher Zacca; Cecile Levee; Spanish Ambassador, Jesús Silva; Caribbean Producers Jamaica Limited's chairman, Mark Hart; CPJ co-chairman, Tom Tyler; Brian Brown; CPJ chief financial officer, Jan Polack; André Brown; Ian and Patricia Fulton; Anna-Kaye Russell, and an inexhaustible list of others.
