Located in the Knutsford Court Hotel on Chelsea Avenue, this fabulous 120-seat restaurant The Melting Pot, beckons patrons to enjoy a succulent mix of Caribbean and international cuisine in a spectacular atmosphere.

The glass exterior décor gives a feeling of being out under the stars. The hand-stained articulated wooden ceiling adds contrast to the glazed warm yellow walls dotted with artefacts and other collectibles. Marbleised tables and plush rattan chairs, blend the past with present. Cosy seating invites patrons to relax and unwind in the alcoves.

Patrons can savour a wide range of Caribbean and international cuisine. The newly re-vamped menu includes house specialities like the sugar cane scallops, smoked marlin and mango salad, curried seafood roti wrap and grilled lobster tails.

Famous for its Jamaican breakfast, Sunday mornings are great to enjoy excellent Jamaican cuisine.

Before or after dinner, patrons may enjoy the downstairs bar lounge where they can sample a wide array of tropical delights. Try one of the signature cocktails or any of the old-time favourites while enjoying a light meal.

Cardene Buckeridge and husband Steven enjoy a lovely lunch at the Melting Pot.
