Between Wednesday night and yesterday, two men were gunned down in Kingston west.
Up to late yesterday both males were still unidentified.
The police also removed the body of a woman from a barrel in the Calvary Cemetery in Admiral Town. The body, which was wrapped in a sheet, was hidden among items of clothing.
The police have commenced a probe into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of the unidentified men.
Reports from the Constabulary Communication Network are that one of the men was killed at Lamoth Lane off Maxfield Avenue. He is of dark complexion, medium build, about 188 centimetres tall and was dressed in a green T-shirt, blue shorts, blue jeans pants and a pair of black and white Reebok sneakers.
In addition, the St. Andrew South police also reported the shooting death of Tyrone Harvey of Mahoney Road, Kingston 11. The 18-year-old man was killed at Rosalie Avenue in the Corporate Area on Wednesday. Five rounds of ammunition were found on the body.
