St. Elizabeth gets new street lights

St. Elizabeth:
MANAGER OF the Jamaica Public Service (JPS) Company St. Elizabeth district office, Michelle Bowes-Smith, has outlined a breakdown of the installation and maintenance of street lights in all 15 divisions of St. Elizabeth, to the parish council.
Mrs. Bowes-Smith was speaking at a recent meeting of the St. Elizabeth Parish Council in Black River where she advised that the installation of new street lamps are in progress in the parish.
However, among the divisions that are benefiting include Black River, Braes River, Balaclava, Malvern, Myersville, Pedro Plains, Southfield and Junction. At the end of the current street light installation programme, the JPS would have installed 209 street lights in approximately 50 communities across the parish.
