Remove the zinc fences

THE EDITOR, Sir:

IN SUPPORT of the security forces and on behalf of the residents of the inner-city, I humbly suggest that the government present a bill in Parliament to remove all zinc fences in inner-city communities.

Zinc fences dehumanise the people. It robs them of their integrity. They are prisoners in their homes. Maybe, Mayor McKenzie and Mayor Dr. Notice of Spanish Town could work on it.
