'Eat local'

THE EDITOR, Sir:

THIS IS just a note to remind Jamaicans that they should eat what they produce. I am tired of hearing the farmers complain that they are not getting anything for their cows. Jamaicans should learn to eat their own grown beef, because look at what is happening in the USA regarding the 'mad cow disease'.

Our cows are organically produced, which is much better, so I hope this will make the Jamaicans start eating what they produce.
