I'M PROMPTED to write to express my appreciation for your publication of Sunday Gleaner March 23, 2003.
As a forum of expression of diverse views and observations of the current war and it's attending impacts, with a unique Jamaican flavour, your articles and stories have been most beneficial.
Andrew Smith's historical narrative, outlining the context in which today's war fits into a systemic pattern, was most informative. Its value was extended by Betty Ann Blaine's insightful piece on destiny.--
As an avid reader of The Gleaner Online, thanks again for continuing to provide for us Jamaicans away from home, another perspective, and a true slice-of-life in our beloved homeland.
