Continuous lamentations

THE EDITOR, Sir:
DR. DON Robotham took the words right out of my mouth. But as usual in Jamaica as soon as someone suggests something radical, the naysayers quickly shoot it down, pointing to failures with similar measures in the past.
Rather than examining where these measures fell short and using that knowledge to be more effective in the future, we continue the usual lamentations while the local terrorists thrive.
